The PLUG was well-known to Chicago-Joiliet commuters! [JUMP] EXPO FLYER & PROSPECTOR Consider this the formal announcement! We have finally settled on the car line-up for both the Exposition Flyer and the Early Prospector. The project will feature heavyweight cars of the Rio Grande, Western Pacific and the Burlington, AND the Q's Budd streamlined cars! This is a large project, and we wanted to be sure that our selections were completely appropriate. See the Expo Flyer [JUMP] or the Heavyweight early Prospector[JUMP] EXPO FLYER & PROSPECTOR LOCOMOTIVES Well, at least the Rio Grande's. Check out the project pages for the D&RGW's P-44 Pacific and the K-59 Mikados. These steamers were the Rocky Mountain power for the first Exposition Flyers and the Prospectors. Visit the P-44s [JUMP] and the K-59s [JUMP] often, cause we'll be adding green-boilered versions.
