ALCO-G.E. Passenger
Diesel Locomotives
PA/PB

Wanting to compete with the EMD ""E-Units's, the first Alco-G.E. 2,000-h.p. passenger diesels were built to Alco specifications DL-304 (cab) and DL-305 (booster) in 1946. These units were equipped with dynamic brakes and train-heating boilers. The enlongated nose and the distinctive headlight mounting resulted in an appearance deemed by many to be the best looking of the streamlined passenger locomotives. With the first units painted in the Santa Fe "Warbonnet", the result was spectacular!

These pieces are offered in every variation we can find! Contact your Division Point dealer and reserve yours!
