Many of the Alco RSs were refurbished, rebuilt or given new motors. The NYC's Dewitt shops in East Syracuse, the PRR's Juniata shops at Altoona, and the Erie's Hornell, NY shops were known for these modifications. Collectively, they are nicknamed "Dewitt Jeeps". The Division Point and Ajin Train Models will offer various versions of the "DeWitt Geeps". "You are well advised to contact your dealer to reserve yours!
