Steam Locomotives |
Similar in many ways to the G-3 Bowen Class Pacifics constructed by Montreal Locomotive Works (MLW) and the Canadian Locomotive Company (CLC), the CPR's late P-2g, h, and k Mikados were built between 1940 and 1948. They were the zenith of 2-8-2 design on the CPR and could be found almost system wide. All models in this run will be painted and lettered to represent the 1950s era and will be offered in both coal and oil versions. And yes, we're even doing the P-2k #5468 that's preserved at the Revelstoke Railway Museum, www.railwaymuseum.com, in British Columbia, Canada!
The Division Point and Boo-Rim will offer this LIMITED EDITION
project in different numbers. With only 100 pieces to be produced, you are well advised to contact your dealer
to reserve yours!
